To report somebody for the blacklist, post with their UN and why they should be blacklisted. Mods, if you add a name, please delete the reporting post.
If you are on the Blacklist, you will not be allowed to have a trade thread or do any giveaways. If the blacklisting offense is severe and/or you continue to repeat the offense, you will receive a forum ban for such actions.
