I currently don't have this on the Serverlisting, and I don't know how. So, here's how you enter:

If you want to advertise your server on these forums, you will need to mod only the Admins of these forums.

Fine with me, the only problem is that my laptop, which is the server, is not constantly on, which means that the server won't constantly be open.

Because that then counts as advertising, which doesn't belong here.

I leave my computer on all the time, so if someone can tell me how, I can start a server.

How does that count as advertising?
Also, I can move the server to my main computer, which is generally on, that's fine. I'll also remove Pickle and Electivire from the mods, if Z has a problem with it.
